This tour is free and open to those interested in learning more about Mid Mod architecture in Las Vegas. Paradise Palms is an “up and coming” neighborhood. There are not many fully restored homes at this time, so this is an exciting window of opportunity. Ten years ago in Palm Springs, CA, very few people knew the names: Palmer and Krisel and their homes went for 100-200k. Now properly restored Mid Mod “P&K” homes sell much much higher prices. A brand new custom Modern home by Bill Krisel recently sold for over $1 million. the Open House day concludes with additional real estate open houses later in the day. we hope that you will consider sharing the opportunity with friends and family who appreciate Modernism and will contribute to the revitalization of this neighborhood to make it once again THE address to live in Las Vegas.
